Each piece of jewellery is handmade and therefore unique. Pieces may vary slightly in shade and dimensions.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payment options using a secure gateway. If you would like us to process your order over the phone please call us on 0487 332 745.
We accept payments via Paypal, Braintree, Apple Pay and Afterpay which means you can pay securely with your Visa | Master | Discover | American Express | card. We also accept Direct Bank Transfers and your order will be processed as soon as the order (+shipping) amount reflects in our account. Please send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery cost within Australia is $7. Delivery for orders over $100 is free. Select the FREE SHIPPING option on the cart page.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery of your order. If you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact us by email at email@example.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
We ship to most international destinations for $30 (30 AUD) per order. Depending on the size and weight of your order, and the country we ship to, and additional fee may be charged. We will contact you if this is the case.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If your order is not received within this time please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Some countries apply a tax on imported foreign goods. You may check with your local taxation department to see what tax, if any, will be applied.
We are happy to offer wholesale pricing. Our wholesale pricing discount per order for our range is as follows:

- 20% Off Orders Of 20+ pieces
- 25% for orders of 30+ pieces

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. Before your purchase is shipped to you, the items are inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0487 332 745 if your item arrives damaged or in a condition that you are not satisfied with.
We are happy to offer an exchange where required provided the piece is sent back to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items being returned must be unworn and undamaged. We are not liable to refund delivery costs or any international tax or duties paid on these items. We offer a warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase against defects in material and/or workmanship on all of the products that we sell.
Do not let your pearls come into contact with perfumes, hairspray, body lotion or sun screens as these contain chemicals that can affect the lustre of the pearl. It is advisable not to swim, shower, sleep or play sport while wearing them.
To clean your pearls, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth to remove excess oils and dirt. Allow to dry before storing in soft pouch provided with purchase. Do not use detergents, alcohol or other cleaning solutions.
Gently clean with lukewarm water and a mild soap detergent. Avoid exposing the stones to hairspray, perfumes and chemicals as they can damage the stones. Allow to dry completely before storing. Store separately to prevent scratching.
Tarnish naturally occurs when silver reacts with the air, even more so in a damp environment. Store in an air locked bag to minimise tarnishing. Do not expose your silver to harsh soaps, chlorine, bleach or household cleaning chemicals. Silver is best cleaned with a professional jewellery cleaning cloth.
